18.1.0
Key Updates & Fixes:
-
Added:
- Ghost Group Matchers: email-pattern-based assignment of users to Ghost groups, with drag-and-drop ordering and a configurable catch-all for unmatched users
- Ghost console Access Rules on Identity proof: control which protected systems open for users by email pattern (first-match wins, with an "Anyone else" fallback)
- License seat warning when adding users beyond free seat count
- IPv4/IPv6 filter chips on the IP addresses list for IPv6-enabled tenants
-
Changed:
- Ghost console Health: executor square now reflects heartbeat only (green under 5 min, amber up to 15 min, red beyond)
- Ghost Test button is enabled only when the group has at least one enabled test action (disabled groups can now be tested)
- Ghost group delete now shows a descriptive error if a matcher still references the group
- Admin and bg-proc-system migrated from multijson to json
- Ghost actions license check now applies to add actions only; ghost actions filter by matchers
- Ghost actions results now include a systems field
- User client details no longer display raw user agent string (OS and browser retained)
- Ghost console Protected systems: variable name field auto-uppercases as typed
- Updated JS library versions
-
Fixed:
- Ghost console: groups disabled due to no enabled actions now display as disabled immediately; re-enabling explains the refusal
- Ghost console Health: open incidents no longer cause the executor square to show red - only heartbeat timing does
- Ghost console Protected systems: Manage/Test/delete controls no longer overflow past row boundaries
- Inventory table now shows browser version even when no user agent is present in the profile
This release is focused on the Ghost system. The standout addition is Ghost Group Matchers, enabling email-pattern-based user-to-group assignment with ordered rules and a configurable catch-all, complemented by Access Rules on Identity proof for per-protected-system access control. The executor health indicator has been refined to reflect heartbeat status only, and both Admin and bg-proc-system have been migrated from multijson to json. A range of Ghost console UI improvements and fixes have also been applied, including stale disabled-state display, control overflow, and improved error messaging on group deletion.
